Cancellations
Please call us on Mobile 0418 106 427 if there is a likelihood that you may have to cancel. However, there will be no refund if the customer cancels the tour within 24 hours prior to departure time. Kayak Melbourne reserves the right to cancel a tour in which case a full refund will be given to the customer.
Rescheduling your tour
Please call us on Mobile 0418 106 427 if you need to reschedule. There are no fees payable for rescheduling your tour 24 hours or more prior to tour departure. There is a %10 fee payable for rescheduling your tour within 24 hours of tour departure time. If the rescheduling is due to unsafe weather conditions no fee is payable.
Weather policy
Please check the Melbourne 4 day weather forecast (go to Links section) for the likely weather conditions you will experience on your tour. If you are unsure about weather conditions contact us and we can have a chat about likely scenarios. Tours are only cancelled if conditions are unsafe or by mutual consent of both Kayak Melbourne and the customer. Tours are not cancelled due to cold weather, hot weather, light rain or light winds. Kayak Melbourne reserves the right to cancel a tour due to heavy rain, strong tidal currents, poor visibility or strong winds.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates will be mailed to the recipient within 24 hours of payment being successfully processed. Please contact us to discuss any special instructions in relation to the delivery of your Gift Certificate. All gift certificates are sent by email unless otherwise requested. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months. Extensions may be permitted at the discretion of Kayak Melbourne.
