Meet Paul
I have spent 15 years within the outdoor recreation industry. I initially studied a Diploma of Outdoor Recreation and, after completing a Sea Kayak Guide qualification, was able to work various roles such as Activity Guide, TAFE Instructor & Program Coordinator. These roles have allowed me to work in some beautiful, amazing and remote locations, from sea kayaking Coles Bay in Tasmania to sailing & sea kayaking around the Whitsunday Islands in far North Queensland. My home has always been Victoria and I have spent many years paddling and exploring the local waters.
I have been lucky enough to turn a passion into a career, giving me the opportunity to pass on my knowledge of the city to our guests, while also allowing them to experience it for themselves. Over many years leading Kayak Melbourne tours, I have seen the city and harbour transform and evolve into the vibrant and captivating city it is now.
All our staff are focused on ensuring our guests have an enjoyable, safe & memorable experience during their time paddling with us. Our kayaking tours on the Yarra and Victoria Harbour allow everyone to encounter the city from a totally different view while getting some exercise at the same time.
It is our pleasure to show off Melbourne from a unique perspective to locals and visitors alike. We look forward to having you along on a fun filled paddle soon!
Kayak Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians of the land, the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
